Overview
METRO Tube 8 is an LED T-8 tube lamp purpose-engineered for transit station and tunnel applications. A polymer-coated seamless glass body with composite molded end caps eliminates the failure-prone aluminum-back-plate-and-plastic-lens construction common to commodity LED tubes — preserving 360° illumination and structural integrity for the life of the lamp. Direct AC operation (95–295VAC) means no ballast or driver is required for new installs or retrofits, with 140+ lumens per watt delivered at 4000K.

Direct AC plus optional 23–47VDC low-voltage input. Adds 5000K CCT and custom CCT. Same lengths as MT8. For rolling-stock and DC-bus retrofits.
